Fruit Storage Solutions
For optimum fruit out turn low oxygen and dynamic CA is available. Isosoft can control the rate of cooling and humidity within the rooms, in addition to O2 and Co2. Real time fruit weight loss can be measured using Sentinel. Metabolic activity levels are measured by the harvest watch system.
Brewing and wine making
Substitute CO2 with nitrogen at 99.99% purity. Generated on site automatically on demand. Perfect for all brewing and wine making needs.
Controlled atmosphere doors
We install and maintain industry proven gas tight doors that are compliant to NZ standard ASF2. We are one of the few authorised importers of these doors from Italy. These doors are designed for a long service life.

Room Testing
We can conduct annual testing of room gas tightness and the identification of any leaks. Room gas tightness is maintained to allow DCA or ultra low O2 to optimise fruit out turn.
Industrial Nitrogen
Nitrogen can be used in many areas. For example bulk storage of oxygen sensitive liquids, oxidisation management, laser cutting and fire management.
ABOUT
CA Systems Ltd opened in 2021, having been impressed by the incredible technology Isolcell has to offer. Paul Barker, Managing Director has been in the apple industry most of his adult life and understands the value CA systems can bring to extending fruit shelf life. CA Systems is based in Hastings, however with the arrival of Cyclone Gabrielle it prompted a move supporting industries outside of horticulture.
CA Systems now sources Nitrogen generators and control systems that are designed for beverage production (in addition to fruit storage systems).
CA Systems can produce a custom solution that reduces consumption of Co2 and deliver major cost savings.
Projects in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch and Nelson, have given CA Systems a presence throughout New Zealand.
CA Systems are a family business owned by Paul and Julie Barker.
CA Systems use a mix of permanent staff and contract engineers to install and maintain gas control systems.

PSA Nitrogen Generators
The ability to produce nitrogen on site is key for many services. PSA generators measures and maintains oxygen levels in a room and controls purity. Up to 99.99% nitrogen output, which has so many potential uses in agriculture and industries around New Zealand.
CO2 Scrubbers
Control CO2 with the lowest possible Oxygen levels with minimum use of nitrogen. The quality and unique technology of Isocell's active carbon installation optimises performance in terms of absorption efficiency.

Gas Analyzer
CO2, O2 and Ethylene analysers are extremely precise and easy to use. Centralised analysers are placed in the machine room. Analysers can be networked to a computer management system (Isosoft technology). Data is visible by remote access. Has alarm management for O2 and CO2 levels.
CA Doors
CA Systems recommends Foris Index or Arco doors. These doors are extremely robust and have been proven in a New Zealand environment being compliant with AS F2. Has an escape hatch from the inspection window if the main door is locked.

ISOSOFT software can completely manage controlled atmosphere systems. It is the industries most advanced automatic management software. Designed so it can manage any post harvest storage environment
temperature, O2, CO2 and ethylene. Automatic machinery control and has remote access with data and alarm export.
Pressure breathing bags
Helps minimise room pressure changes during room fan coil defrost and exterior air pressure changes. Carefully installed to guarantee long service life.
Room safety relief valves
Valve protects the structural integrity of your coolstore. These vents allow air ingress or discharge when required. Specifically when closed, it minimises gas exchange from the atmosphere. Room safety relief valves are ideal for CA, Smartfresh or any gas room post harvest treatments.
Harvest Watch Technology
This technology measures real time fruit metabolic activity in CA. It uses special sensors to dynamically control the environment to the physiological condition of the fruit. Helps to preserve colour, reduce rotting and has greater consistency than other technologies.
